SHIPPING
Can you deliver one order to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can. Please contact us by phone or email and tell us about your request. We will surely find the best solutions in terms of speed and money for multiple delivery addresses.
Can you send the items in branded Honeywell boxes?
Yes, we can. If you need to have Honeywell branded boxes when we send the items, please inform us by email or phone.
The delivered boxes are by standard marked with Rainbowidea logo so that you know that these boxes are the goods you have ordered from us.
PAYMENT
What are the payment methods?
For all your purchases you can use one of the following payment options:
> PO (PURCHASE ORDER) – Please write the PO NO. in your webshop order form and once we automatically receive this PO pdf document from Honeywell system, we match it to your order and start processing it.
> CARDS (P-Card, Amex, Credit or Debit Card) - Please ask for a “pay by card” invoice and you’ll receive an invoice with a link for secure card payments. Please check with your bank, as card transactions typically involve additional fees. We only charge what we invoice, all the extras that you may be charged with come from your bank.
> BANK TRANSFERS (Wire) – We invoice and wait for the payment. When payment is not done, we’ll send you 3 weekly reminders and after 30 days, a cancelling invoice notification as we consider you are no longer interested and we can cancel your request and invoice.

ORDERS
In order to make orders, do I need to sign in?
YES, when you make for the first time an order, please create your account (1-fill in all the company data (for invoice), 2-choose the items your want to order, 3-note the PO number / pay by card, 4-fill in the delivery info).
The second time you will make orders, just log in and all the data (company data, delivery info) will be already saved in your account.
Do you have any items that we can brand individually with name and Honeywell logo?
Yes, there are items like powerbanks, agendas, pens, tumblers, and others that can be individually branded with name (ex: Maria on one side, Honeywell logo on the other side), please inform us by phone or email when you have this request.
I don’t know what to order and I don’t have time to look for. Can anybody help me?
Yes, we would gladly help. Just click on the “personal shopper assistant” link from homepage, write your request and one of our dedicated Honeywell team member will get back to you with the best options.
Do you take rush orders?
Some of the items in the shop can be delivered fast. Send us by phone or email your request and we’ll do our best to solve your rush needs.
